Welcome to the Law Offices of R. David Danziger, P.C.
The Law Offices of R. David Danziger, P.C. is an independent practice dedicated exclusively to helping closely held business owners maximize retirement savings for themselves, their families and their most valued employees.
The firm’s services include retirement plan design, annual contribution consulting and third party administrative (TPA) services for qualified retirement plans. Services are provided on an “unbundled” basis. That is, we do not offer investments and we are not a back-office for a financial institution offering plan investments. As a result, we are independent and focused exclusively on the needs of our clients.
The firm offers free initial design consultations, and thereafter, quotes fees before undertaking any service. Generally, fees are capped in advance; and any revenue provided by third parties (e.g. soft dollars provided by financial institutions) are disclosed and credited against the quoted fee
Our Mission is to maximize the value our clients obtain from their retirement plans.
